I was wondering if it is possible to travel to Fuerteventura in February for a bathe

Is the water/weather OK for that?

The water might be a bit chilly (18ºC) in general, but if you pick somewhere where there is a nice shallow extended platform (such as Sotavento), then the water should be a lot warmer on a sunny afternoon - even in February.
